Practically paw-fect, both dogs and their owners will love a stay at Angel Barn at A Corner of Eden in the heart of Cumbria’s Eden Valley. Good to know

Overview

The spacious kitchen takes centre stage at Angel Barn. With its six-burner range cooker, it’s ideal for cooking up a storm. The two farmhouse tables offer plenty of space to eat, socialise and perhaps play board games. Although, if you’d like to take a night off, owners Debbie and Richard can offer great recommendations for dog friendly pubs or takeaway options. A private chef is also a possibility.

The large living room is where you’ll want to put your feet (or paws up) in front of the wood burning stove. With a selection of cosy chairs to choose from, we recommend bringing a book to snuggle up with. If you can’t bear to miss your favourite show, you’ll find a secret TV and DVD player tucked away in the Georgian corner cupboard. There’s also superfast WiFi, a bluetooth speaker and a DAB radio for extra entertainment.

The three ensuite bedrooms are all about indulgence with cloud-like beds, sumptuous fabrics, and luxurious wallpaper. Fluffy towels and soft bath robes also await you. Dogs must stay downstairs though, sorry, and should not be left alone at Angel Barn.

Outdoors, relax on the all-weather sofas during the day and light up the wood fired hot tub in the evening. There’s also a sunset patio with dining table, chairs, BBQ and chiminea to enjoy the best of the British weather in your very own enclosed garden.

You’ll be welcomed at Angel Barn with a basket bursting with local goodies and champagne but walk over to the Honesty Shed Shop for more tempting treats and handmade gifts.
