Enjoy a luxurious stay in the heart of the Cheshire countryside in one of Tattenhall Marina's unique glass-fronted pods. These beautifully designed holiday homes float on the idyllic marina and have views over to the impressive Peckforton Castle and the hills beyond. Sleeping two adults, they make for the perfect romantic retreat or friends' getaway.

For dogs...

Pups can pack light as a bed, bowls and treats will be waiting for them in their dog friendly pod.

Also located at Tattenhall Marina, The Boathouse Café Bar welcomes canine guests and serves the most delicious breakfasts. Add an extra sausage to your order for your pooch.

The Shropshire Union Canal towpath is easily accessible from Tattenhall Marina meaning idyllic waterside dog walks through the Cheshire countryside are a short stroll away.

For humans...

Enjoying the first cuppa of the day while watching the water lapping and the local wildlife meandering on by is an unrivalled experience.

Overview

A hidden gem in the Cheshire countryside, Tattenhall Marina’s six luxury floating pods in are located alongside the peaceful moorings with the beautiful Peckferton Hills in the background.

Step inside these glass-fronted cabins and you’re welcomed by a calming combination of biscuit-coloured walls, warm wooden floors and fabulous views over the marina.

There’s a compact kitchen, a dining area and living room in one open plan space. The main bedroom has a cloud-like double bed and there’s a separate shower room with a large, heated radiator to keep everyone’s towels toasty.

Each pod has its own private deck where you and your pooch can sit an unwind and watch the world go by. Whether that’s cup of tea or glass of wine in hand, we’ll leave up to you.

For The Dogs

One lucky pup is invited to join you when staying at Tattenhall Marina and you’ll arrive to find a dog bed, bowls and treats waiting for you. A second pooch is a possibility but needs to be agreed in advance.

From £118 per night with no extra charges for dogs.

The guest car park is a minute’s stroll away from the pods.

Special Instructions

Not all of the pods are dog friendly so please add your pooch to your booking to ensure that you are allocated an appropriate place to stay. For their own health and safety, and also for the safety of the local wildlife, dogs are not allowed in the water.
