Overview

Hop Pickers Cottage is a delightful countryside escape that perfectly balances rustic charm with modern comforts. Set within the tranquil grounds of White House Cottages, just five miles from the picturesque town of Ledbury, this two-bedroom retreat offers a warm welcome to both humans and their four-legged companions.

Whether you’re here for a peaceful weekend or a longer stay, you’ll find everything you need to unwind and make the most of your time in the glorious Herefordshire countryside.

Step inside, and you’re greeted by a cosy open plan living space that invites you to kick back and relax. Sink into the plush sofas by the gas-fired log burner or gather around the dining table for a hearty meal, whipped up in the fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs, the two charming bedrooms, dressed with crisp cotton linens, promise a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the local area.

Outside, the cottage boasts its own private patio – a lovely spot for morning coffee or a glass of something chilled as the sun sets. The shared walled garden is perfect for letting your dog stretch their legs or simply soaking up the serenity of the countryside.

If you’re feeling a little more energetic, the Malvern Hills and Forest of Dean are just a short drive away, offering endless opportunities for walking and cycling with incredible views.

For The Dogs

Two dogs are welcome at Hop Pickers Cottage for an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay.

Bowls, towels and treats, as well as blankets to pop on the sofa, will be waiting for your four-legged friends but please bring all other doggy equipment with you.

The walled garden is shared with the other cottages but has plenty of space for your pooch to stretch their legs.

There’s a Woofer Wash with a warm shower to hose mucky pups, if needed … autumn/winter walks in the countryside can often be a muddy affair.

With lots of dog friendly places to explore nearby, canine companions will  have a tail-wagging time accompanying you on your trip.
