Overview
Newly transformed into a stylish ’60s beach cabin, The Watershed is designed for simple, thoughtful coastal living. Compact yet cleverly planned, the open plan space includes a well-equipped kitchen, a Danish vintage sofa, bean bags for the kids and a smart TV for quiet evenings in. Books and games are on hand for slower moments, and the fresh, modern shower room keeps post-beach clean-ups easy.
The king size bedroom offers a calm space to unwind, while the bunk room gives little adventurers a corner of their own. Suitable for two adults and up to two children (11 and under), it’s ideal for families looking to spend days exploring and evenings relaxing.
Outside, the sunny wraparound garden is a real highlight. It’s perfect for morning coffees, relaxed lunches or watching the light change in the evenings. There’s seating on the lawn, a dining table tucked behind the cabin, and a covered area for the BBQ, beach trolley, bikes and buggies. The hot outdoor shower is a welcome treat after salty beach trips, and a two-person sauna will be installed early 2026.
With one parking space, an EV charger (available by prior arrangement) and Croyde’s village amenities just moments away, The Watershed makes coastal escapes wonderfully easy.
For The Dogs
The Watershed welcomes one dog from October to April for an additional charge of £40 per stay. Bowls, towels and treats are provided.
The private, fully enclosed garden offers space for your dog to explore, and the hot outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing paws after beach walks.

From £150 per night, plus £40 per dog per stay.

The Watershed offers private parking for one vehicle, and guests with electric cars are welcome to use the EV charger upon request.
Special Instructions
Please bring all usual dog equipment with you and note that dogs are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms, and must not be left unattended in the property.
The Area
Set within the peaceful Leadengate Fields, The Watershed sits in one of Croyde’s most sought-after pockets. From here, it’s a short stroll to the village’s cafés, pubs and surf spots, as well as the golden sands of Croyde beach. Walkers can pick up the South West Coast Path towards Baggy Point for sweeping coastal views, or explore nearby Saunton and Woolacombe for more beach days, surf lessons and seaside treats.
