The Mews

Set over two floors, The Mews is arranged with the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and the living spaces upstairs.

Comfortable and spacious, both bedrooms – one king size and one twin – feature elegant metal framed beds, crisp white linen and ample storage space, with the modern family bathroom easily accessible to both rooms, and fitted with a large shower cubicle and rainfall shower head.

Upstairs, the large living room has a huge cloud-like sofa perfect for afternoon naps or relaxed evenings in front of the log burner. The high apex ceiling and overhead windows flood the room with sunlight so that even on wintry days the space feels bright and welcoming.

N.B. More than four of you? The sofa converts to a bed if you need to squeeze two more people in.

Next door, the contemporary kitchen is amply equipped for whipping up culinary classics, while the large dining table is the ideal place to catch up on the day’s adventures while enjoying a fabulous meal together.

The dining area opens out on to a fantastic private terrace and garden where you can enjoy a BBQ or a bottle of bubbly while your pooch basks in the last of the day’s rays.

Two dogs are invited to join you at The Mews for a fee of £40 per pooch. Please bring all your own doggy equipment – bed, bowls, blankets and toys – with you.

Extra dogs will be considered if they are small and older than 2 years old.

Parking

There is parking for two cars on the driveway. An EV charger is available but is app-based. Guests will need to register on the Tap app.

Please keep four-legged friends off the furniture and out of the bedroom, and do not leave them unattended in the cottage.
