High Street, Broadway, Worcestershire, WR12 7DU
Visit WebsiteSituated in the pretty town of Broadway in the Cotswolds, The Lygon Arms has been welcoming guests since the 14th century. Charles I and Oliver Cromwell are known to have stayed here during the English Civil War in the 1640s, while more modern times have seen guests such as Pierce Brosnan and Kylie Minogue gracing the beautifully stylish halls of this charming inn.
Overview
Dogs are welcomed with warmth at The Lygon Arms everywhere other than in The Lygon Bar & Grill – but pop your head around the door and sneak a peak because the room is stunning. Indoors, take your pick from one of the cosy lounges or the seductively lit cocktail bar.
Weather permitting, we recommend asking for a table in the courtyard. While the afternoon tea is a total treat, the Lygon Arms burger takes some beating. It’s all about the whiskey BBQ sauce! There’s also a children’s menu for younger guests and a special doggy menu for four-legged diners too.
If you’re coming straight from a Cotswold walking adventure, there’s a muddy paws station in the courtyard, perfect for washing little paws ready to explore the inn.
If you’d like to extend your visit and sleep over, two furry friends can join you for a small fee of £25 per dog per night, to include a comfy dog bed, food and water bowls. There are some lovely packages to make your canine companion’s stay super special. Trust us, you’ll have a paw-fect time.

It’s such a lovely place for an outing with your dog and there’s even agility obstacles for your four-legged friend to attempt.
