The Ember Room Roundhouse

The Ember Room Roundhouse offers a delightful blend of family fun alongside a touch of luxury. Grown-ups will love the tranquillity – and the inviting hot tub – while little ones and accompanying pooches will revel in the array of activities available.

Don’t take the ‘glamping’ reference too literally. With plush furnishings, chic décor and thoughtful touches, there’s definitely a boutique vibe to East Thorne. And it’s not just for summertime staycations either. While the roundhouse is lovely in the warmer weather, with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove, it’s a snug space to curl up in the winter too.

When it comes to cooking, the kitchen is perfect for budding chefs. Or if you’re up for a little bit of company, the communal pizza stove is a must. You can even toast marshmallows on the site’s camp fire – a great way for any youngsters in the group to make new friends.

A cloud-like double bed takes centre stage in the main cabin, while single bunk beds are tucked away in a separate space. Refresh in the walk-in shower, complete with a WC, heated towel rail, and washbasin. Additionally, guests have access to shared laundry facilities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Two dogs are invited to join you at The Ember Room Roundhouse for a fee of £40 per pooch per stay. Please bring all your own doggy equipment – bed, bowls, blankets and toys – with you.

Arrival & departure

Check in time: 4pm
Check out time: 10am

Parking

On the day of arrival and departure, you are permitted to bring your car to your roundhouse to unload and load your belongings. After which time, cars can be parked in the secure on-site car park.

Please keep pooches off the beds and the furniture and do not leave them unaccompanied in the property at any time.
