Overview

The welcoming open plan kitchen and living area forms the heart of Hideout Treehouse. With beautiful wooden walls and flooring, combined with peaceful rural views from every window, it’s an opportunity to completely and utterly immerse yourself in nature.

The kitchen is compact but comprehensive. It has all the tools you need to rustle up something fabulous for your family, or your significant other. If you’d prefer to dine under a canopy of trees, head to the terrace and discover the BBQ and Morso pizza oven. Pre-order a local food box or DIY pizza box from Sleepy Owl’s ‘extras‘ list and it will be waiting for you when you arrive. Perfect for an easy dinner on the first night of your stay!

The living space has a large sofa to snuggle up on. Light the wood burning stove for extra cosiness, but the underfloor heating alone will keep toes and paws toasty. On warmer evenings, you can open the doors onto the terrace to bring the outdoors in and admire the leafy view. Alternatively, make use of the pull-down projector screen and relax and watch your favourite film.

Hideout Treehouse has one of our favourite master bedrooms. While we love the super king bed with Hypnos mattress and luxury topper, it’s the moving indoor-outdoor copper bathtub that has stolen our hearts. Enjoy a sumptuous soak in the bedroom or out on the terrace under the stars. The choice is yours! Luxurious towels and complimentary toiletries, along with robes and slippers, complete the spa-like experience.

As you’d expect from its location, the outside space at Hideout Treehouse is truly special. Unwind on the terrace in the double hammock or head to the wood-fired hot tub for a relaxing dip. Whether in the rain or basking in the evening rays looking into the valley and woods, trust us, there’s nowhere else you’d rather be.
