Overview
Set just behind the dunes, Amana is all about easy coastal living. Days roll between the beach and the garden, with the spacious open plan living area acting as the hub of the home.
After a morning in the surf or a long stomp along Baggy Point, sink into the relaxed seating, warm up by the wood burner and make the most of the smart TV and sound bar. The kitchen is well equipped for everything from simple breakfasts to family suppers, and there are books and games for slower evenings.
The three bedrooms sit just off the main living space. Two rooms offer comfortable king size beds, ideal for lazy lie-ins, while the third can be set up as a twin or super king depending on your group. With a family bathroom, a separate wet room and underfloor heating in the living areas, everyone can warm up and wind down in comfort.
Outside, Amana shines. The beachside garden catches the afternoon sun – perfect for a barbecue, a post-beach cup of tea or a quiet moment while sandy paws dry off. The enclosed front garden is practical and private, with an outdoor shower, a large utility room for beach gear and a secure space for boards and bikes. This is also where you’ll find the hot tub (an optional extra), tucked away for post-adventure soaks.
When you’re ready to head out again, simply roll your beach gear into the trolley and wander through the gate straight onto the beach path. With Croyde’s cafés, surf spots and coast path walks all close by, Amana makes seaside days wonderfully effortless.
