Good to know

Overview

An authentic country pub complete with ten beautiful ensuite bedrooms, The Partridge is one to bookmark for when you’re out and about exploring Cheshire. Wonderfully inviting, drop by and enjoy a three course meal in the relaxed dining area, a casual bite to eat in one of the much-coveted fireside seats, or a glass (or two) of your favourite tipple at the well-stocked bar.

What to choose? The team at The Partridge have created a seasonal menu featuring amazing British dishes with the occasional European twist. From seafood to superfood salads, and burgers to battered halloumi, there really is something special for everyone. Our top tip? Leave room for dessert, especially if you like sticky toffee pudding.

For The Dogs

Four-legged friends will love the doggy treats and the outdoor space for running around and stretching their legs. You can even choose to eat out on the terrace if your canine companion is happiest in the fresh air.

The Area

Nearby Lymm, nestled in some of Cheshire’s loveliest countryside, is perfect for long dog walks around the village itself or along the canal. It’s such thoroughly charming village, don’t be surprised if you find yourself browsing RightMove right after your visit. If beautiful gardens are for you, Arley Hall’s are amongst the finest in Europe and only five miles away. Dogs are welcome and you’ll find water bowls dotted around and doggy ice cream served in The Gardener’s Kitchen.
