Visit WebsiteThe Lambing Shed Farm Shop & Kitchen is set in over 400 acres of Cheshire farmland and welcomes four-legged guests and their owners to drink, dine, shop and enjoy the idyllic countryside views. Located on a family-run working farm, you can expect an emphasis on local, seasonal and even home-reared produce. Yes, the menu is divine.
Overview
Enjoy delicious home-reared and locally sourced food at this award-winning café in the heart of Cheshire. Whether you’re popping in for breakfast, lunch or even afternoon tea, you’ll always find a comfy spot for you and your four-legged friend in the conservatory.
The breakfast/brunch men-ewe is our personal favourite to fill us up ready for a dog walk. The farmers breakfast is an absolute winner with more than the odd morsel or two making its way to well-behaved pooches. However, if you’re visiting later in the day and are not sure what to order, the lamb burger steals the show. Our top tip … leave room for a slice of cake. You won’t regret it.
Many of the products featured on the menu can also be found in the farm shop, so if anything in particular tickles your tastebuds, pick up some to take home with you. Takeaway is also available if you’re heading out for the day and want to pack a picnic.
For The Dogs
There are water bowls and doggy treats available for four-legged guests.

Located on the outskirts of the picturesque market town of Knutsford yet surrounded by idyllic Cheshire countryside, there is much to see and do with your dog after your visit to The Lambing Shed Farm Shop & Kitchen. The National Trust’s Tatton Park is a popular choice for a scenic dog walk, along with the smaller but very pretty, Marbury Country Park. If stunning gardens are for you, Arley Hall’s are amongst the finest in Europe, and fans of Peaky Blinders might recognise the grand hall as the home of Tommy Shelby.
